Tanya's Story
I have been a medic in the Army Reserves for the past 12 years and loving it. I just recently got married at the end of 2007 and we are working on having a child; but I guess I would have to be home for that. I am currently deployed to Kosovo and luckily we are almost done. I received my Associates of Arts and Science degree in 2006 and now I am working on my Bachelor's Degree for Emergency and Disaster Management with a minor in homeland security. I should be done in about a year.

ill update it. I am now working on my fourth year of marriage and we are still going strong. I just recieved my Bachelor's degree this month and will continue to work on my master's degree in the same program. Yet again, I am deployed but this time to Afghanastan. I have been here less then a week and it has already been quite an experience. My husband and I are still trying to have a child but it has been difficult and then this deployment comes up, so yet again, we have to wait another year. Hopefully, it will not be as hard this time when I get back.
