Taunya's Story

Life It's been almost 5 years now since my dad died and life does go on. Still miss him. But good news, mom has a new boyfriend. We love him. She is so happy and so are we. My three kids are great....Joshua (27) lives in Las Vegas, Noelle (25) lives in Burney with her boyfriend of six years, and Jilliann (18) is with me here in Burney. I am single, but living with a great guy for the last two years. He's younger, (a lot younger)but the best thing that has happened to me in a long time. I still keep in touch with Audrey and Jeanice. Her mom past away, so I went to Reno and had lunch with the two of them. Love those girls!!! My niece Aimee is due in June with the first grandbaby.....I'm so jealous.....I want to be a Nonni so BADLY!!!! But its not time yet I guess. oelle is going to be 28 in just a couple of weeks now, and Jilliann turned 21 in Jan. Matt and I are still together, and doing great. Its been over five years now. Mom and Jim are doing wonderful too. They have been together for over six years. My great niece Taylor, is going to be three this May, and her parents Aimee and Adam are thinking of having another. They just bought their first home, and we are all proud of them. My other niece (these are Loni's girls) bought her first home about a year ago. Loni and Mark are doing very well, living day to day, just like the rest of us. And last but not least, no grandbabies YET. But I am one step closer with Josh getting married. They are talking about children at least. Yah Hoo!! All in all, life is good. Just wish my dad was here to enjoy all of this with us. I miss him terribly. But I believe he see's everything thats happening with his family, and watches over us always.
