e high schools. It was all free and got paid for it. From the day I got my lic. I drove 5 days a week. Some days you could drive over 100 miles and not leave Waterford. It was a great 9 years with the summers and Christmas off. They would ask me every year if I wanted a regular route day after day with the same kids. Sorry that's not for me. As they would say the needs of the service. I was there every morning at 6am in case someone called in sick, a bus broke down, or got into an accident and I would take a spare bus and get the kids to school. I did high school, middle school, elementary, and even special needs, did it all. It's not the job I miss so much, it's the good people I worked with as a team, the aids on some of the buses, the teachers, the coaches, and good students is what I miss.
