Ted's Story
Life
I spent 7 years in the active USAF and Orlando was my first and best assignment. The friendships and expriences influenced my life and molded me into the person I am. After Orlando AFB, I was stationed at Langley, DaNang, McGuire and finally Kirtland where I stayed to finish my degree. I got out in 72 and enlisted in the Army Reserves in 75, part for the extra money but mostly, I came to realize how much I missed the military. My time in the reserves was great, I was assigned to a field medical unit and was selected to become a Warrant Officer. I retired after 27 years of combined military service.. I have many people to thank TSG Gene Praegitzer, MSG Ed Novinsky, SSG Brian Donnley, 2LT Patricia Patterson and others whose names are fading from my memory. I miss you all. Ted
