this pic is me at a finished katrina house in ms. it just passed final inspection so the homeowner could move in it. a good day. i work with TN disaster relief and Baptist builders association, we rebuild homes and lives. i have been as far north as alaska and as far south as gulf port ms. sometimes its cleaning flooded basements out in wisconson, sometimes its shoveling raw sewage, sometimes its sitting with an elderly homeowner holding their hand while they cry that someone cared enough to come help them with their disaster. for free. our teams helped build over sixty homes in the ms area alone. it was great. i am married, have been for 21 years, who would have guessed huh? one son, he is out on his own already, gotta spread those wings. we have a furry daughter, a mini schnauzer that we spoil greatly. didnt get to the reunion, dont have much interest in going back to florida, i always hated it. i like trees with leaves, not needles, and actually having four seasons. what a concept. the mountains of tn are amazing to me still, even after all these years. i am still searchin...Expand for more
