Teresa King Kinney is CEO of the 45,000 member Miami Association of Realtors (MIAMI), which is the largest local Realtor association in the U.S. and second largest in the world. MIAMI is celebrating 97 years of service to the industry, the public and the community. Kinney has led the association and its growth and prominence in the world - for the past 23 years, taking the organization from 5,000 to 45,000 members. The Association also hosts the largest local International Real Estate Council and Congress in the United States, and has partnerships with more than 160 international organizations throughout the world. The association hosts more than 4,000 seminars each year and offers over 150 premium services for its members. Kinney was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for International Innovation by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce in 2015 and previously received their Visionary of the Year Award. From the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, she received the first ever Progressive Industry Leadership Award. She has served as chairman on numerous committees for the National Association of Realtors (NAR), including Global Business & Alliances, Liaison for the President to International and Resort Divisions, NAR Enlarged Leadership Team, NAR Executive Committee and Chairman of the Association Executives nationally and was an inaugural member of the Smith Leadership Society and the RPAC Hall of Fame..
