I live on Siesta Key with my husband Kevin, son Kenny and 3 dogs, Henry, Jefferson and Derby. I am now working my second career in fitness and started working for the YMCA where I have obtained several certifications including Personal Training and Group Exercise instruction of classes such as Mat/Ball Pilates, Cardio/Step, Xerball (medicine ball), and the SilverSneakers program which involves working with active senior adults. I have worked the past 8+ years for various fitness gyms teaching students of all ages, including Serendipity Racquet Club, Gold's Gym, YMCA". Receiving a B.S. Degree in Management Information Systems with a minor in Business Administration aids me in planning and organizing the best program for my students.".
