Teresa's Story
Life has been interesting since High school. Many ups and downs.
Went to Community College and worked full time after High School. Went in Air Force to "finish my Nursing Degree" but, military had other plans. Worked for 35 years as a Operating Room technologist and Surgical Assistant. Married since 1978 to another "GI", we have a beautiful daughter with Cerebral Palsy. ...Expand for more
So we have spent years and years advocating for disabled rights. We lived in many places around the world, served in war time.
I became disabled myself due to RA, Spine injury and Breast Cancer treatment. We pretty much lost everything but, are now rebuilding in our dream location, Long Beach, Washington. Love to work around our home, walk on the beach. Living quietly.
