Hi!
It's funny how you can collapse three decades of life into a paragraph or two. I have been married since 1976 to a man named Mike Quinn. We dated for six weeks, got engaged and then married two months later. It was love at first sight. We moved to San Diego shortly after we got married to finish our college degrees. We have two sons (Michael) 28 and (Ryan) 25 years old. They are precious to us. We have two grandsons who are adorable beyond words! I taught school for 14 years. My husband is a pastor in San Diego. now work on staff with him at Canyon View Christian Fellowship. I feel very blessed in life...not that everything has been perfect by any means, but I feel thankful for a life with gracious friends and a wonderful family.
School
The two teachers that inspired me the most were Ms. Barbara and Mrs. Asplund. They were both business teachers. I eventually became a business and computer science teacher, so I thought of both of them as role models. Mrs. Barbara was exceptionally tough at times, but she taught me wonderful skills.
