Teri's Story
My friends know me as teri_bear_99. I won't be a Gold Member much longer.
My Life:
I am remarried to my first husband. We used to live in Florida, but we are now in Las Vegas, NV. I never thought I would get married again, but stranger things have happened. I am happier now than I have ever been.
My Family
My daughter and her fiance live with us. In November 2017 she is going to have her first baby. I am so excited to be a grandma.
My Pets
My daughter has a service dog named Tinkerbell. She also has a tabby cat named Aria. That's enough pets for me. We used to have a large fishtank in Florida. It would be nice to have another one, but there isn't enough room in this little house for something like that.
My Job
I am teaching intermediate autism at the local elementary school I have 8 students from grades 3-5. This coming August (2017) will be the beginning ...Expand for more
of my third year teaching this class.. It is a challenging job, but I have grown fond of my students. It is great to see how much they grow and learn.
Interests
Music has always been my favorite thing to indulge in, but my children are my pride and joy. However, I also enjoy writing, but I do not share, sorry. I also spend a lot of time working with plastic canvas.
School
I attended Victor Valley College and Cal-State University San Bernardino. I graduated with my BA in Liberal Studies and received my Multi-subject Teaching credentials. Unfortunately, the teaching credentials do not transfer to Texas, and I'm so tired of school, I do not want to go take any more tests or go back to class.
Memories
High School choir, and acting in school plays are some of my most favorite memories. But I will not forget the privilege of singing the alma mater at graduation.
