Teri's Story

Life Udated Profile as of 12/7/06 Latest Life Events: Remarried for the 3rd and determinedly the last time. My husband Paul, Regional Managing Editor with the Arizona Republic, was recently promoted to General Manager of the Southeast Valley Community Newspapers. We were married on Jan. 3rd 2003, with my children and parents in attendance outside a beautiful little church in Scottsdale that sets in a scenic location of the desert. Right now, I'm playing (SAHM) Stay at Home Mom, and it suits all of us for the time being. I have 3 children, Robby 24, Tayler 14 and Riley 12 yrs old. Robby is working for a bank and has been dating (for the last 5 yrs.) a beautiful young lady named Cheryl, who recently graduated from ASU with a degree in marketing. (Update) Robby & Cheryl were married March 9th 2008. My daughter Tayler, is in the 8th grade, doing very well scholastically, and enjoying a myriad of extra curricular activities. She is on her 4th year of playing the violin, is on the School's Media Broadcasting team, plays tennis and basketball, and is taking several drama classes at the Mesa Arts Center. Riley, my baby, is still trying to find his niche. He has tried basketball, tennis and two yrs. of ballet; but just doesn't seem to connect with competitive sports. (Much like his mother in H.S.) He was elected as class Representative this year, and seems very excited to be part of it. (fingers crossed) We live in Mesa, in the home I bought after my second divorce. ves around my husband and my children, and I am content with it this way. We share our home with an arrogant but beautiful long lanky black cat named Smokey. My name in High School was Teri DeHart. (That last name has changed far too many times since then.) Well, that about sums it up! ;-) If you're interested in finding out more, google Stumbling Through Life With Grace, where I maintain a weblog and online digital photo album. Classmates won't allow me to post a U R L bless their hearts. (insert sarcasm) I would love to hear from past classmates, to catch up and see what you have been up to! Hope to hear from you soon. Cheers! Teri (aka; "3T" online) Workplace I spent the first decade after H.S. working in fashion retail management, in a few different stores. From Lerner to Foxmoor to Jay Jacobs. I moved to Beaverton Oregon where I managed Dan Howard's Maternity store, before returning to Washington and studying to get my Level A Pharmacy Technicians License. I then worked for Centralia Hospital (aka Providence Centralia Hospital now) as a Pharmacy Technician for a little over 10 years. After moving to Arizona, and then discovering that Pharm. Techs. in this state made nearly half of what I made in Washington, I went to work for a payroll company, where I processed and shipped payrolls for 200 different companies. After a couple of years working in that capacity, I moved to the workers compensation department processing medical bills. Which brings me up to date, where I now am a SAHM (stay at home mom) and loving it!
