Life
After highschool I stayed in Cortez for a few years and then moved to California for the next 13 years. In California I worked for a grocery store for 10 years and the last year working for the store I took classes for a new career in dental. he Oasis Sanctuary which houses 450+ parrots that I was a caretaker for. After working for the Oasis Sanctuary for one year I returned to California and am working for a dental office again. I learned so much from working at the sanctuary that I continue to be involved in the parrot world. I am a volunteer for the Parrot Education and Adoptions Center of San Diego and teach parrot education classes several times a year.
