Terrence Poublon:  

Life: I left Leuzinger after my sophomore year by taking and passing the California High School Proficiency Exam. I lost out on a small part of my growth as a teenager... but it was a decision that I would not regret in the coming years. I attended El Camino College from September 1980 to June 1982. I took all my general education requirements here during the evening and the summer classes. I majored in Aviation Maintenance at West Los Angeles College from January 1980 to June 1983 which provided me with the beginning of a technical and vocational trade that I would love with a passion. Squeezing in time to study between my classes at WLAC and EEC was not easy... but was worth every moment. I was honored with The Chancellor's Distinguished Honor Award at graduation. I reside in San Jose, California. I have been employed by United Airlines for the last 25 years. I have performed maintenance on various engine fleets. Recently, I was promoted to the position of Engine Maintenance Inspector at United Airlines. I specialize in the field of non-destructive testing such as eddy current, flourescent penetrant, and magnetic particle inspection. My wife Catherine and I have been married for 21 years. She is a nurse who specialized in homecare for children stricken with Down's Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy. She is now employed at a local retirement cente...Expand for more
