Terri's Story
I was at Park for a very short time in 1974, and would have graduated in 1977. I was one of those who was pregnant and dropped out, unfortunately. As the saying goes, if I only knew then...
Mike and I are still married! We celebrated 33 years last May, have 3 children (James 32, Jennifer 27, Justin 17) a daughter in law (Michele) and a grandson (Cole, 5). I got my GED in 1984 in San Diego, then attended a community college in Charleston, SC for my AA, followed by St. Cloud State University for my BS in Elementary Ed, as well as my Masters in Ed. innesota and now live in St. CLoud. I teach kindergarten in a little town 12 miles southwest of here. This is my 10th year at it, and I love it most days! Mike commutes to Edina where he is a Technical Analyst. We have 2 cats and an adorable Shi-Tsu. Our lake place is just east of Glenwood. We try to get there as often as possible between the baby's baseball and hockey games. I love to read, sew, craft, and spend time with friends, and of course, my family. A questionwas raised of how I would like to be remembered...I think I would like folks to think of me being one of the troubled kids that made it!
