Terry's Story
Wow. Time goes by in an instant. I wrote my initial profile about 20 years ago and have never updated it. I am semi-retired, but am the Art Director for Rider Now Magazine, a 56 page full color publication out of Florida. I left my home in Welaka some years back after Hurricane Irma rendered it unlivable and now live in the Atlanta area. In 2016, with mixed emotions, I pulled the plug on the band I had led for 20 years, "Willie & the Po' Boys", and except for a few shows ...Expand for more
with an Atlanta based "404 Band", have not been on-stage since. I have become an outdoorsman, a mentor to my now 10 year old 'niece', a builder, a gardener, a very successful hunter, and a homebody, while caretaking my sister's property here. I also am quite a good cook, and have learned how to smoke a good butt, ribs, chickens and more! Never thought I'd say this,. but "GO DAWGS!!!" I still love my Gators and my Mountaineers, but........
