Terry's Story
I still work full time for the Oklahoma Army National Guard in an active duty status. I'll have 21 years in April 2009. What's weird about it is that I'm eligible to receive my active duty retirement right now! Time has flown. I'm in Kuwait (Camp Arifjan) as I type this. It's about 25 miles from Kuwait City. I'm working in a support role which is probably best for me at this time in my life. It's getting harder to hang with the 20 and 30 year olds anymore. Regardless of what you think about what's going on in this part of the world, I can assure you that the men and women in the U.S. Armed Forces are some Bad Asses! Second to no other country.

my life, and I will celebrate our 25th anniversary 20 Aug 08! Looking back, I don't how she put up with me for so long without strangling me. She works for the Athletic Facilitator at Moore High school. Our oldest son (Mitch) is 23. He has one more year before he graduates from UCO. The youngest is 16 (Jake). He plays football for Moore High and is determined to join the Army when he graduates. Ann and I are very proud of both of them.
One other thing. My barber retired last year. He gave me my first military haircut and my last. I now shave my head! HOOORAH! Take care.
