Workplace Everything from buss'ing dishes to buffing floors during High School. After High School I was offered a scholarship to USMC for four years. Learned lot's; from buffing floors to high explosives or maybe it was buffing floors with high explosives, I can't remember... Okay, over a year of A school and I was granted the right to endanger the pilots of VMAQ-2 and VMAQ-4 with my Comm/Nav/Radar skills. As noted above I spent a year in Memphis in A school for Avionics then 3 more months on EA-6B aircraft Comm/Nav/Radar specific training in beautiful Whidbey Is, WA. Then 2 years in the swamps of North Carolina with VMAQ-2. Luckily VMAQ-2 spent most of its time deployed around the world; Iwakuni Japan, Subic Bay, PI, Guam, etc. Lastly, I spent one year teaching reservists how not lose body parts in aircraft back up in beautiful Whidbey Is, WA. I spent 18 years of my life as a Navy brat and 4 in the Marine Corps. I thought I'd do it as a career but I wanted more school and college called. A year and a half at the Butte College home for wayward youths in the Electronics program with the same teachers I had in High School (thanks Mr. Pope)!
