Robert's Story

Everyone knew me as Terry Gilbert, I still go by Terry. I transferred to Weld Central in 1968 and attended the school during my Senior year. I lived outside of Hudson, Colorado. Since 1969, I have lived in: New Mexico, Texas, Georgia, Virginia, Washington DC, Hawaii, West Virginia, Florida, Nevada, Louisiana, back in Colorado, and now in New Mexico (with my wife Janet) taki...Expand for more
ng care of my Dad. Retired from the Army as a Colonel in 2011, after 34 years in the military. I am now married to Janet Gilbert (married in January 1975), who is from Roswell, New Mexico. We have two boys; Scott, who is a senior computer artist with Electronic Arts (EA) and Michael, who is currently works for a major bank in the New Orleans area in their IT division.

Tonight, the sunset over Table Rock Lake, as seen from our deck, was really beautiful.
After yesterday's storm (May 8), we had a beautiful sunset, as seen from our deck, over Table Rock Lake, Missouri.
If this really happens, my wife would kick me out of the house.
We were lucky on Friday, the heavy storms went north and south of us.  We only had a nice stead rain for several hours.  The sunset was great, as seen from our deck, looking toward Table Rock Lake.
