Terry's Story
After graduation I attended Mt Hood Community college where I studied electronics. In the spring of 1980 a college friend talked me into fighting forest fires for a summer job.That is where I got bit by the fire bug so to speak.That where my career to a major turn. At that point I thru myself into fire fighting.Ive worked many different jobs in the winter months, all the way from home construction to long haul truck driving.In 1983 I was married,my son was born 1985,and my daughter in 1989.In 1991 I went to work for the Oregon Dept. of Forestry as a Forest Officer I've been there ever since.September 1993 started 4 yrs of hell,a divorce,a car wreck and few other nasty little...Expand for more
challenges and life lessons.On Valentines Day 1997 One of our classmates Lydia McCombs introduced me to her friend Sherri and my life changed forever.June of 2001 I took the plunge for the second and last time(married)we bought a new home,on Sherri's birthday 12/05/o5 a beautiful little blond haired miricale arrived,Jenna our daughter was born.We now live the Brady bunch story hers,mine and ours.we Live in Hood River,Or where we enjoy our little peice of the world with family and friends.Our best wishes to old classmates and friends!Especially those of you like us whom have sons and daughters out there wearing the uniform of our country and carring the torch of FREEDOM!!!!
