Terry's Story
I am currently retired from the United States Air Force. I began my career when I entered the Air Force in 1977 and received my commission from the Air Force Reserve Officer’s Training Corps (ROTC) upon graduating from Bowling Green State University in 1977 where I was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Upon graduating I was assigned to the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) and attended the AFOSI Training Academy in Washington DC. Upon ending my training I received my badge and credentials as a Special Agent. I began my career with AFOSI as a Special Agent and Deputy Commander at McClellan AFB, Sacramento, CA. Subsequent to my assignment at McClellan AFB I became Detachment Commander at Luke AFB, (Phoenix) AZ. As a Special Agent I managed criminal, fraud and counter-intelligence investigations directed against the Air Force. I also conduced Red Team Vulnerability Assessments testing sensitive military sites detection and response capabilities. As my career progressed I conducted and later supervised numerous executive protection details for senior military leaders, heads of state in addition to augmenting the United States Secret Service in the protection of the President. command offices worldwide. Other assignments included Deputy Region Commander and Region Commander.
I culminated my career being assigned within the Special Access Program arena as a Senior Program Security Officer under the cognizance of the Rapid Capabilities Office (RCO). I provided multi-disciplined security and special investigative services for select highly sensitive DoD and unacknowledged Air Force Special Access Programs (SAPs) by executing Secretary of the Air Force tasking to deliver program security management, sensitive counterintelligence investigations and operations, production of specialized counter threat information while ensuring the security integrity of advanced technology and special access weapon systems, operations and National Assets. My career has taken me throughout Europe, Central America, Japan, Korea, Guam and almost every state in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.
I currently reside in Roseville, CA since moving there in October 1999. I currently work as a security consultant and maintain my California Private Investigator's License.
