Theodore's Story
Life
In 1969, I married (Marcy Riopelle). We had two children, Ted lll and Marcelle. I worked for Chevrolet, GM at that time who moved us around. First to Chicago, then to Minneapolis. And then to Fargo. When in Fargo, I divorced. After three winters in Fargo was transferred back to Minneapolis where I live today. In 1998 I retired from GM, but before retiring I remarried (Bonni). Our girls introduced us. Great kids!. All the kids are gone, I have five grandkids - Alexis, Maia (Daughter's),Jackson, Cooper,and Harper (Stepdaughter's). We see them all often. Alexis is now 10 and is in the 4th grade. She's very much a character.
Re-retired from Kia Motors America in July after 9 years. Sold our house in Minnesota and moved to Florida - Anna Maria Island. W...Expand for more
e have now been here for 3 years. We love every minute of it. The fishing has been better since the tempertures have dropped (note the photo), kayaking in Palma Sola Bay, and enjoying the warmer weather.
Update: It is now May, 2010. We have been on the island for almost three years. Sounds like an episode of "Lost". We're working a lot! Bon and I started a property management company - Beauty andthe Beach.com a little over a year ago. It is going very well. I am also working for an engineering company doing accident investigations, and working at Publix. So..lot's of work,but still time for walking on the beach and fishing. This island is very magical! We are enjoying life.
