Theodore's Story
Not much to tell. After highschool I started working constuction then was running a carpet wharehouse where I had an accident wich left me in a bad way for a while. I had surgery to fix the problem (still some pain 13 years later). Oddly enough I came straight out of physical therapy into a bouncing position at a blues club in Chicago (because of my love for the music) durring my first 3 months there I was unhappy with the lack of sound reinforcement there. I voiced my concern to the management and they said can you do better I said anyone could and that is when the school of hard knocks along with trial and err...Expand for more
or taught me to mix live music. I stayed there for some years and have now been for the last five years the Front of House Engineer at a nationally respected Music Club. It took a while but I work 5 days a week doing this and there is a list longer than my arm of educated fools working at Denny's with their $50,000 in sound school.Unfortunatly, because of my experiance I am also a jaded old man at the age of 33. work consumes alot of my life but I still get out once in a while. I like to ride my motorcycle, go to concerts, out to dinner with freinds, stay out late nightly (gotta wind down after work), go camping.
