Theresa's Story
Wow! Has it been this long? I divorced in '75. However, I have never remarried. Just haven't found someone, got close a few times, but they just didn't work out. I have two sons, Ted 44 and Tad 38 and they have brought me three wonderful grandchildren. Allie 18, Tony almost 16, and Halina 7. I finally have girls in my life, so fun! It took a while but I became and Accountant for Oakland County MI and have been retired for the past 7years. Tried some other things, like owning a Video Store, but found out I'm not the business owner I thought I wanted to be. Things are so much better sometimes left in our dreams. ve been raising my two oldest grandchildren for the past 11 years. Tad has been here with us for about the last 6 years and now we have two guys(Zach and Mikey)living with us who also needed a little help. About a month ago one of the single girls at church lost her child caregiver and she blessed me with the care of her four children, so I brought our whole family in on caring for all of them. What great fun we are having with them and my teenagers are learning to work with and teach little kids. Allie and Mikey teach the little kids at church too!
