Life I went into the Air Force after high school so as to set aside money for college. But since they didn't offer it to you until you were at your first assignment that sort of went to the wayside. Back in those days that was a lot of cash for an 19 year old. I got married in 1981 to a great guy. We met in the service and were stationed at Loring AFB, Maine. We both left the service, me after 7+ years and Paul after about 9 years. We have 3 kids, our oldest Tiffany has graduated from Mt Holyoke and currently at St Andrews, Scotland attending school. Stevie is now a sophmore and is attending Cornell for animal science. Last but not least Andy who is a freshman in high school. I stayed home for a little while with the kids playing the good mommy, volunteering for everything - school, girl scouts, religious ed, sports, dance, boy scouts. You name it I did it. I went back to work when my son was about 2 or 3, needed to financialy. Worked a lot of odd jobs then went back full time and was working in Human Resources for a while and I am now in Payroll ...Expand for more
