Theresa's Story
I use to be called goofy because of my last name at the time. Was a little shy but not now. I married my first husband in 1983 and was married for 18 yrs. I was in a abusive relationship. I had four boys with him. One was stillborn. I have 2 granddaughters and 2 grandsons. I married my second husband in 1999. We have 2 sons ages 11 and 12. He also has five grown children and 14 grandchildren. So we have a big family.I'am happliy married no more abuse. I use to work at Cooper tire in Auburn for 14 years and then Wal-mart for 8 years. a car accident last year. I broke several bones in back, arms, and collar bone. Had alot of brusing too. Doing okay at least I can walk now. As far as recreation we have a camper up at Atwood lake. We spend most of our time there in the summer. I lost my brother Jodi in car-semi accident 15 yrs ago this Oct. A semi rear ended him.He had bright future. He was going to college and worked at the Columbia City foundry. He also got engaged the night before. So I have had ups and downs, But the good Lord has helped me through the rough times. My family and me are doing fine and enjoying like at this time.
