Workplace I started working at a veterinary clinic almost 7 years ago. I worked my way up slowly beginning in the kennel (walking dogs, cleaning cages, bathing etc.) and now I am at one of the top positions as being the "Head" technician. I supervise other techincians I work with and am responsible for making sure things get done properly. The funny thing is I never even asked for it, it all just kinda fell in my lap so to speak. Moving up little by little from one position to another. Its really helped me become a better person in that listening to people and being receptive to their thoughts and feelings is crucial. I'm not perfect by all means. I haven't got it all down pat but communication is the key to alot of things and its important to share with others. I've grown as an individual and see myself as some better than I used to be. I'm continuing to improve myself everyday because theres always something to learn. Anyway, this is about work not life.
