Theresa's Story

Life I live in Central New Jersey with my husband of 15 years and my two children, 14 and 11. I cannot believe my son starts high school in the fall! I am not that old, thank you! I watch a lot of soccer, basketball and softball games -- hear more than any woman wants to about paintball (!!!) and spend more time around horses (with my daughter) than I ever thought possible (I was always a dolphin girl myself). But I love my kids and it amazes me every day to see how they change and grow -- too fast! NJ is not a bad state to live in -- although it is the LAST state I ever would have picked. It is more rural than I thought -- or at least now more suburban. If I could I would move back to Maine in a heartbeat. That is where I met and married my husband. Eve...Expand for more
n with its 6 month winters (I kid you not!) it is the best place I have ever lived. And considering how much I love the sun and the beach, that is saying something! College I went to school at the University of Missouri-Columbia. I loved the college -- hated "Misery"! Have a degree in journalism -- which I used when I first graduated but I am not in journalism any more. Some of my best friends I made in college. Some of my strongest memories are from then. Workplace I currently work for a major pharmaceutical company's global headquarters. I like my job -- more so the people I work with. I deal with people from all over the world and am always challenged. Every now and then I get to travel to another country/continent which is a definite perk!
