Thom's Story
After college, I hit the road and made my living as a professional musician. I hooked up with Vince DiCola a few times forming new bands and traveled for a couple of years. In 1980 we made it to LA, rented a house in Canoga Park, CA and continued playing music until the band members decided to go in different directions. in 1982 I moved to Lake Charles, LA, worked in a music store and continued playing several nights each week for many years. Got married in 1985, started my family and have three awesome kids (Sean graduating from the University of New Orleans, Tristan who graduated from University of Louisiana in Lafayette, and Mikaela who is a freshman at LSU in Baton Rouge.

pa in 1993 to help grow a radio station for four years, then back to Louisiana in 97 to start a hockey team called the Lake Charles Ice Pirates. We sold the team a few years later and started a marketing firm, then later introduced arena football to Southwest Louisiana. In 2008 we started our own arena league called the Southern Indoor Football League which lasted three years. After winning three championships, we sold our team, the Louisiana Swashbucklers and moved into e-commerce. Today we're developing leisure products to sell on-line; still playing music (mostly in church); consulting to advertising media outlets and writing sales manuals and behavior modification books.
I'm remarried and now have five kids in college this year! No slowing down!
