Thomas's Story
At Senn I was most active in the orchestra, playing the violin, and in intramural volleyball. After graduation from Senn High, I attended the U of I at Navy Pier, then finished my degree (pre-med, psychology, music) at the Champaign-Urbana campus where I played viola in their orchestra and prior to graduation accompanied the orchestra on a 6-month, State Department sponsored, 25,000 mile concert tour of South and Central America. I have not performed on viola or violin since 1970's (Milwaukee Civic Symphony).

rvice at VA Hospital in Long Beach CA. In 1997, we moved to Baileys Harbor (Door County Wisconsin) where I became Director of Community Programs at The Clearing (a historical folk school founded by Jens Jensen). I finally retired for good in 2007 after 41 years working.
It will be 31 years this fall (2015) that I have been married to my beautiful wife, Michele. She is a nurse practitioner who founded a not-for-profit reproductive health clinic (Wellness Center of Door County) in rural Door County, WI. I have two gorgeous daughters, Robin (41) & Julie (46) from my first marriage. Robin is the mother of my granddaughter AnnaBelle (3 yrs old ). Julie is a performer in Las Vegas with a band called DéjàVu. I'm very proud of their accomplishments.
