Life Once upon a time, I was but a lad & I grew up in a little town on the Jersey Shore called Union Beach. Lived & Played there throughout my childhood, exploring woods, marshlands & beaches, generally doing the whole Tom Sawyer thing. Went To Memorial Grammar School (As well as the Cottage Park wing.) & then went to Keyport High school. - When I wasn’t busy with my Scholarly Studies, “snicker”, I would hang out at some of these places, Natco Lake (A desolate wooded marshland, now a nature preserve.), Airport Plaza (Home of the former, Now & Then Records), Keansburg (The Amusement Park), Main St in Keyport, Plus all the Clubhouses we would build in the acres of desolation we called, The Weeds.- After moving in the early 80's, I ended up in Avenel & Woodbridge. - I wasted a better part of my late teen years hanging out at Woodbridge Center Mall, as well as the many shopping centers and parks that dotted the area. (Like so many Shopping Centers & Parks.) As well as the esteemed Luna Bell Diner (RIP) & The REO Diner. Plus all the many, Many, Hours hanging out in Ken’s basement with Mike & Chuck. - Then I moved to Highland Park & Edison. Worked at Petco for many years (The Aquatics Dept Rules), As well as Comp Usa (May you burn in hell Len Marcu) & spent many days & hours hanging out with Ed & Lisa. - Then there’s Kat, My most closest & best friend, all the crazy & interesting times we’ve had.
