Thomas's Story
Well, Let's see,
I left High school and got married. That resulted in two wonderful children. I worked in the aircraft industy for a while mostly painting airplanes. In 1965 I went to college. It would be a financial strain and resulted in a few trips until I finally got my degree in 1971. I graduated with a BS in Microbiology and a minor in Chemistry. Over the years I worked in just about every branch of microbiology you can imagine. 20 years ago I got divorced. I began to concentrate on Virology and Molecular Biology. stly in research after that. I ended up in Fort Collins Colorado about 5 years ago working for The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) working on a tropical virus.I retired last October and that pretty much covers my career.
