Thomas's Story
Life
I moved to San Francisco in 1984 after graduating from Henderson State University with a Bachelors degree in Biology. I worked for a subsidiary of Ford Motor Company in what evolved into a telecommunications career for twelve years, until the subsidiary was dissolved. I then went immediately to work for Lucent Technologies in 1997. Lucent spun my division off as Avaya, Inc. sentations and demonstrations for PBX's, voice mail systems, and other communications infrastructure hardware and software. I met my partner in 1995. We own a lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath home in San Francisco, which we bought in 1997. My/our favorite hobby is international travelling. Among other places, I have been to Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sydney, Perth, London, Athens, Paris, Aukland, New Zealand and Fiji. Central Europe and Eastern Africa are on the wish list!
