Thomas F.W. Hutchings:  

My senior year (1969) I was a photographer for the Galleon and El Susurro. I also worked as teachers aid in art and photography. I always wanted to be a photgahper when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a good idea. As it turns out, they were right. Today, I still do large format black & white fine art photography. I joined the U.S.Navy 1969 I joined the Carpenter's Union 1972 I am now retired because I suffer from P.T.S.D. from serving in the U.S.Navy in Viet Nam. I have one child; Samantha Mary born in 1988 she has joined the U.S. Marine Corps in 2008. Married a Marine 2009. They have a daughter Charlotte Mary born 2010. Both Jasper and Samantha have deployed to Afghanistan 2012. I love walking with my granddaughter; learning to see the world though her eyes. I worked as a Union Carpenter for twenty five years. During that time I worked in many positions with in the Carpenters Union.
