Thomas's Story
I live in Vista, California, it is about 40 miles North of San Diego. I went to Lincoln High in San Diego for half of 9th grade, 10th and 11th grade. First half of 9th grade was at Tustin High in Tustin Calif. about 80 to 90 miles North of San Diego.
After my dad retired from the Marines, we moved to Westminster, Colo and I started my senior year at Westminster (went about 6 or 8 weeks). Made a few friends and then my dad moved and it happened be just out of Westminster School Dist. and into Arvada High School District. I didn't make any friends ...Expand for more
at Arvada; kept my girlfriend and male frinds from Westminster.
After high school I went into the Marines for 20 years; then worked for Federal Civil Service for 20 years; then at my local Vista School Dist. for a year and then retired. I seem to work harder since retiring than before. Maybe I should go back to work.....Nah I don't think so.
The main reaon for joining Classmates was to find old flames and friends from Lincoln and Westminster. I am still looking for 2 friends from Linclon. Donna Hart Class of 59 and Norman Clark Class of 58.
