Thomas's Story
After Saddleback HS I attended Santa Ana College. I ran cross country and track, was the 1971 State Champ in the 3 mile and was named Santa Ana College Athlete of the Year in 1971.
I spent summers running for the Pacific Coast Club while competing in road races throughout SoCal.
I then attended the University of Southern California on a track scholarship and graduated from the the Marshall School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Later I spent 38 years in the medical field in a number of different roles and am now retired from that line of work. Currently I spend time traveling, studying chess strategies, researching as an amateur history buff and reading mystery no...Expand for more

My favorite country is Sweden 🇸🇪where my wife is from and has family. I have three children and three grandchildren. I am a member, in good standing, of the American Moustache Institute (AMI). Just celebrated my 47th wedding anniversary. I live in the Northern California wine country and bottle my own wine part time.
Life is good.
I continue to travel as much as possible, visiting all the places I’ve
read about while being a “temporary local” in various countries.
I guess, “You can take the kid out of Santa Ana but you can’t take the Santa Ana out of the kid”.
In the meantime: Still searching for the perfect cup of coffee…
