Thomas's Story
After military service in the White House (i remember being at a military reception in the East Room along with members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and many Medal of Honor recipients - I was humbled) and completing college at the University of Virginia, I returned to California and began a career in retail management. eting so many wonderful people. For years at a time, I spent more hotel nights than home nights. I have 3 adult children, 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. I finally retired in 2019 and am currently living in El Paso, TX. I really enjoy the southwest culture and foods. My hobbies include woodworking using only used or reclaimed wood. I also enjoy hiking - best were the narrows in Zion NP, Utah, the Rockies near Durango, CO and the rainforest in Puerto Rico.
