Thomas's Story
Since 1972...I've loved, lost, travelled the world, played an instrument pretty well (guitar), suffered failure and found success.
After graduating from U of I worked for some years running political campaigns and as a lobbyist in Washington (don't like that; read on!)before returning to school for an MBA in 1983(Wharton). I joined Kimberlite Corporation, the largest independent operator of Sonitrol-brand security businesses, with 12 franchises and 7 offices in California, from Malibu to Santa Rosa, in 1998 as CFO and became Chairman and CEO in 1994, when we became 100% employee-owned.
