As of about 4 years ago, I've been living in a red- neck burg in S.W. Wa. I'm restoring a 1907 home (money pit?) to its original beauty (100 years old now) for rental, resale, or retirement later. The house had sustained a lot of damage from the Dec., 2007 storm. I guess the Insurance Co. will fix the roof, damaged siding, broken windows and foundation damage. Then I just have to worry about the interior. (wiring, plumbing, drywall, remodeling kit bath and family room etal. What am I doing here?) That and I'm learning how to play pool... nothing else to do around here as the entire town closes down at 7:oo PM. Everything but the bars.
