Thomas's Story
After high school I worked as a signhanger for Eller Outdoor Advertising. I was injured on the job in '78 a couple of months after Jo and I were married.
In '81 we left Houston for Big Lake, Texas. We stayed there for almost two years before we moved to Austin. We lived there for about eight years, then we moved to San Angelo.

taught drafting at American Commercial College at night and designed convenience stores during the day. Jo attended Angelo State and got her nursing degree.
In 2000 we moved to Katy, where we bought a house in 2001 and are still here. Jo is retired and I am working for TNRG Designs, designing warehouses, office buildings and manufacturing buildings.
