Thomas's Story

Life For old classmates, hope your life has been satisfing and you are healthy, happy and wise by this point. I often wonder what has happened to my old friends, frat brothers, girl friends, and characters that have enriched my life through the passage of time. all the memories, good and bad, the sharing of ideas and dreams, the wonderful friendships, the love, the laughs, the joys and the realization that as time goes on, how each and everyone of the people we enjoyed the company of has impacted our lifes.Won't it be something to go back into time for just a day and relive some of the experiences, Anyway for those of you that have found my profile I will bring you up to date on how things have come to pass for me. I retired from General Electric over a year ago, after 29 years and am currently running an alternative energy bussiness, and a couple of nights a week I bartend, done that for years. enjoy the interaction with people. Have remainded single with no know children, missed the boat on that. have been involved in many enterprizes, including importing cars, taught martial arts for a few years, ran charter trips to far off places, sold real estate, organized a few Safaries to...Expand for more
3rd world countries, did some volenteer work in Africa among some other interesting ventures. Have been lucky enough to travel through Africa and Asia, far off the beaten path and spend time in central and South America seeing the different cultures and wildlife. Plan on building a home in Costa Rica towards the end of 2007 and staying there for the winter months. life has generally been good to me although like alot of others have suffered from the lost of family members and close friends. It makes you appreciate life more, but it still is sad to lose those close to you as you cannot replace a father or mother or life long friend. I live in schenectady, where I grew up , never really left here, its ok but the future brings alot of adventure and traveling. I have worked hard for along time and its getting close to the time when the work is secondary and enjoying the time we have here to the max. I hope that I will have a chance to come in contact with some old friends and classmates in the future and have afew laughs remembering past events. To those of you who read this I just want to say that I hope you are doing well and if you feel like it give me a shout, 518 3828297.
