After graduation, I attended Northern Arizona University for two years, transferred to CSU Chico and graduated with a BA in Recreation Administration in 1975. I started my career in Law Enforcement as a Police Dispatcher for the Fairfield PD. In 1978, I was ...Expand for more
hired as a Police Officer for Walnut Creek PD. I moved to Walnut Creek where I met my wife, Gretchen; we were married in 1981. I returned to Fairfield PD in 1987 and retired after 31 years in Law Enforcement in 2008. We have two boys, William and Tyler and one grandson, Jacob (2) . William is an Engineer for CalFire and Tyler is a union carpenter. We currently live in Fairfield.
