Thomas's Story
Well I finally decided to bite and sign on for a couple years. My daughters are 12 and 14 now and I can't help but feel a little nostalgic with my oldest entering high school.
Life is good. I have a beautiful wife, two great daughters, and a life I can be proud of. We live here in Yakima, Washington. Not necessarily a metropolis but close enough to the things we enjoy. My wife is from Brazil and a few years younger. Working on her Master's Degree in Speech Pathology. It amazes me to see what she does with kid's with special needs and how they love her.
I am very involved with my daughters lives. I coach basketball and fast pitch softball teams and love it. No we have not won any state championships but I am very much involved with their friends and we play for the love the game not so much to beat everyone. It is...Expand for more
easy to say that when you have not beat everyone.
I have worked with the same group of people for over 20 years in the Plastics Industry. I get to work with all of my friends and be challenge by my career. I have traveled with my job sometimes very heavily. I have had the opportunity to work in more than thirteen countries and have enjoyed most of the experiences that come with the job. Of course every time I got to do something really cool I worked a dozen 15 hour days and was happier than hell to see the airport. Right now I am focusing on training others so I can keep my travel down to something like 50K airline miles per year.
Well that's me. I kinda disappeared after school and didn't keep in touch with too many people. I was ready to leave school and leave GP. Now I just kinda wonder what happen to everyone.
