Tiana's Story
Life
I have been married to Lennie since September 11, 1976. We have three children: Nicholas (27); Rocky (20); and Bianca (15).
For the past 20 years, I have been an Operating Room RN at various hospitals both here in Georgia and in Billings, Montana. We moved back to Georgia in 1994, and we have lived in Jasper, GA since then.
Currently, we have seven dogs and four cats. A few years ago, we were a foster home for homeless animals in Pickens; some just came and stayed! Lennie commented one morning we had fifteen mouths to feed! But when I asked him about our three ring circus, he said he never knew he loved animals so much until he married me. Fortunately, we live on ten acres here in the mountains. Sorry for any typos, I am trying to type while my daughter's tuxedo cat protests my lack of attention to her.
In April of 2005, I left the Piedmont Mountainside Operating Room to return to college. I am currently attending Reinhardt College to obtain a degree in Religion (anticipa...Expand for more
ted graduation is 2008). If God wills, my plans are to attend seminary to receive a Master of Divinity degree.
Lennie and I enjoy riding our Goldwing motorcycle around the nearby mountains and to rallys in the southeast. We both love Victorian and Craftsman architecture and we support historic preservation. It is our dream to one day be in a position to restore a historic home.
Lennie, Nick, Bianca, and myself spend as much time as possible downhill skiing in the winter (one day I'll tell you about Lennie's close call while chasing down a moose in the Gallatin Valley of Montana).
Lennie and I used to go bungee jumping, but since our favorite tower closed, we haven't bungeed recently. My love of aviation lives on, but Lennie has also taught me to appreciate classic cars (esp. ragtops).
Lennie has devoted these past thirty years to automotive collision repair. He has done everything from insurance appraisal to collision center manager.
That's all for now! Love to all!
