Two daughters, two son-in-laws, and one beautiful and amazing grand daughter.
I run to keep in shape (somewhat) ... mostly 5 and 6 mile runs. I have five 1/2 marathons (13.1 miles) and three full marathons (26.2 miles) to my credit.

- Listen to music ... all kinds
This year (2015), I plan to try my first Olympic distance triathlon (swim, bike, run).
Lunatic goal (but, still a goal) - To complete an Ironman triathlon (ha, ha, ha ... that's crazy).
