Tim's Story
After graduating PCSS in 1980 I attended U of T at Erindale, graduating with Honours Biology in 1986. Interestingly, I hooked up with some old friends from Applewood High School where I attended grade 9 and 10 and we were good friends at Erindale and long after. After a few years working bar, selling frozen food etc, I went to Mohawk College and graduated from there and McMaster with a degree in physiotherapy (90). I got married a few years after and moved to Saskatchewan in 1995. I received my Masters of Science in Epidemiology in 2009 and am a Canadian Registere...Expand for more
d Safety Professional. I am now working for Federated Co-operatives as a safety consultant.
I have good memories of my 3 years at PCSS, especially playing horn in the band with Ozzie Brezden, and being on the cross country ski team. My grade 11 biology teacher got me hooked on studying the human body and I think that was my first stimulus to go into health care. I never kept up with any of my graduating classmates, likely because only two or three actually went to Erindale.
My current interests are karate, home renovation, cycling and raising my two great sons.
