Ahh the journey that is my own. After high school I was off to Edgecliff College to find the techie in my heart. Did learn how to enjoy class with out the learning part. So off to work I went! Worked for Mark Isle's father for a while, then to Lynch Foods as a route driver ( See, if you pay particular attention, trucking is a recurring theme). So back to college I went. Thought I would find my voice on the nations air waves..... But as the story goes, I have a voice for the silent movies. Back to work, right! Here is where I made a career path choice! Went to work for the Sisters of Mercy (As a control clerk, NOT A NUN! You sick freaks). They were decentralizing the data center! Boo! It was a fun leave me alone job. In transition, they were centralizing the records management resources of the Mercy Hospital. I was the first hired. I became the lead truck driver. But I did learn about the microfilm - document management business. At this time I met this interesting person. She was dating a Milfordite.... Didn't she learn!?!? So we got married in September of 1985. Prior to getting married we bought a fixer upper in Silverton. Moved in after the wedding (Sweet of us wasn't it!) We sold the house in 1988.
