Tim's Story
Left CU and started working in radio and TV. Moved around a lot - Pueblo, Baton Rouge, Shreveport, Sacramento. Worked as a TV reporter, a weatherman, and, believe it or not, as the host of Evening Magazine in Sacramento. Became a trailing spouse when my wife joined NBC News and moved to London, then New York. Seattle and moved the family there in '93. Worked at KIRO-TV for six years, got tired of TV, took a job as a newspaper reporter for four years, then signed on as the communications manager for a suburban city east of Seattle. Still there, and quite happy. Basically, I've made my living by saying and writing a lot of words. I enjoy work, my wife Margaret, my 16-year-old son Kyle, and our dog Molly. Things are good.
