Tim's Story
Where am I now? I live in Grapevine Texas with my wife of 22 years and two children. Our daughter is Married and is an education major. Our a son is a sophomore at Methodist University in North Carolina to major in Professional Tennis Management.
Wht do I do? I am a Group Manager at Microsoft in the Consumer Windows support group. My teams are responsible for the technical delivery of Windows support for Consumers.

ng out of USAO (ok ... maybe partied my way out <G>) I did restaurant management for 10 years with everything from Taco Mayo to Steak and Ale. After the long hours and that lifestyle about ruined my marriage I switched to retail management. I then realized that I needed a change and was fortunate enough to leverage my passion for customer service and love of computers into a support technician job at Microsoft 13 years ago.
