Tim's Story
Hi Folks,
In 1974 I went hitch-hiking across the country to find God. My life was pretty messed up! I ended up getting saved in a little church in Mississippi. It saved my life from ruin in more ways than one!
I always was and continue to be a believer in peace. I believe in nonviolent protest - the kind that MLK talked about that rises our foes to remember who they can be, and I am thankful for the grace of God that lovingly pursues us because God has better things for us!

a brother. He is neither Republican nor Democrat One of my favorite verses is when Jesus said to Pilate,
"If my kingdom were of this world than my servants would fight for it." He was no wimp - it might have seemed that the Romans won the battle by putting him to death on the cross, but t was only to show that Jesus had power over sin and death so that we might also.
