Tim's Story
Life
Graduated from D.S. Freeman High School in Richmond, Va., in June, 1961. Graduated from Univ. of Virginia with B.A. in English and later received an M.A. in English: Writing. I first went to work as reporter for Richmond Times-Dispatch. Later lived 20 years on West Coast and worked for Soccer America Magazine, San Francisco Examiner and United Press International. 90 and have been teaching at two-year college level ever since. Currently teach online full-time for college based in Buffalo, NY, and have students scattered all over the world. My chief hobby is Aikido. I teach it at Randolph-Macon College and J.S. Reynolds Community College. I enjoy practicing Aikido weapons outdoors six times a week. I maintain websites for Aikido and world indoor soccer (futsal).
